Caribou Tourism LLC is a travel company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We design, package, and deliver curated Signature Trips across Asia and the Middle East. We work primarily through a network of independent travel advisor partners ("Partners") and also serve individual travelers ("Guests").
3. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes — to learn about Caribou Tourism, our destinations, and our partner program. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict the use of the Site by others.

The partner relationship is governed by a separate Trade Agreement between Caribou Tourism and each individual travel advisor. All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, design elements, and software — is the property of Caribou Tourism LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The Caribou Tourism name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Caribou Tourism LLC.

The language of proceedings shall be English.
